CNC vertical turning lathe

Fu Sheng Jin CNC vertical turning lathe is very suitable for processing small plates, covers, spherical class, etc. The main basic parts of the machine tool adopt thermal symmetrical structure to improve the thermal stability. The radial direction is centered by high-precision double-row radial short cylindrical roller bearings, and the axial direction is carried by large ball thrust bearings.

1. The cooling system using oil-water separation structure, so that cooling water is clean and long-lasting. Split cooling water tank, easy to clean, which reduces the post-maintenance costs.

2. Spindle: high precision and rigidity cartridge spindle structure, wide speed range. High-speed displacement of feed axis, rich automatic turret configuration, integral protection and optional automatic door, optional robot interface, can be easily combined into an automated production line, especially suitable for large-scale production of automobiles, bearings, engines, elevators, etc. 

3. Spindle motor and lubrication: Spindle motor is a high-power AC spindle motor, which helps to strengthen the stability of the operation of the lathe. Ensure that the lathe to maintain high-precision working condition.

4. The main drive adopts a two-stage mechanical variable speed planetary gear transmission structure and is driven by a wide-adjusting magnetic DC motor.

5. The tool holder and the ram move are driven by ball screw nut. The guide rail adopts a cavity and a pump type preloaded constant current static pressure guide.

6. The machine tool is fully enclosed and the beam guide is made of stainless steel.

7. High-density cast iron, integral base, large-section beam and column, and imported roller guides ensure the rigidity of the machine.

8. Integral spindle unit with high rotation accuracy; imported roller linear guide, pre-pull screw support, both cutting rigidity and positioning accuracy.
